Callouts can show an expanded view of the actual document. This type of trial exhibit is appropriate for handwritten documents and cases where the original information is important.

Nested, or stacked callouts from a single document are useful for highlighting specific data, in this case the applicants failure to complete the form.

Multiple callouts on a single trial exhibit can be used to compare and contrast the language of a set of documents. Such trial exhibits may also be presented electronically using TrialDirector, Sanction or even Power Point. This type of presentation will allows for building arguments over time which will often enhance judge and juror understanding.
